REGISTRATION
Anyone can register and bid at our live auction. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025. You will need to present a valid photo ID (driver's license, identity card, passport) and be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you have a farm exempt number and want to use it on applicable items, a copy of the farm exemption certificate is required the day of sale. After you have completed the Registration you will be given a bidder's card and you are ready to bid!! Note: Please read Terms of Sale for all Buyers.

ON-SITE BIDDING
Buyer's fee is Ten Percent (10%) on the first $5000.00 and Two Percent (2%) on the remainder per lot.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept credit cards (the credit card company charges four percent (4%) for a convenience fee), personal or company checks with BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE, and cash. All funds must be cleared by a financial institution before any merchandise can be removed from Wolf River Auction, LLC's premises.

TERMS OF SALE FOR ALL BUYERS

The “parties” “Buyers and Wolf River Auction, LLC (WRA) agree to allocate and shift risks and burdens as between the parties, by virtue of participating in any of WRA’s auctions, and receiving this perforated card as follows:

This writing fully incorporates by reference the separate documents entitled “Terms Allocating and DIviding Risks: which was provided to Buyer when receiving this perforated card on the day of this Auction.

All purchases must be paid in full on the day of sale and prior to removing goods from premises.

Buyer’s premium will be collected and retained by WRA in addition to Seller’s fees.

WRA, at WRA’s unilateral and sole discretion, may collect a cash security deposit from any Buyer or Seller as a means to encourage compliance with these terms. WRA will return the deposit if and when every term herein is lived up to or by Buyer or Seller,

WRA shall decide outcome or resell any good in dispute between two or more bidders.

WRA makes no warranties (express or implied) to any party that extend beyond the description of the Seller of the good offers. Any bidder receives the goods “as is” and “with all faults”.

Buyer holds WRA harmless for any injury, damage, or loss connected with any sale.

Buyer must pay in full immediately upon sale and immediately assumes the burden of protecting and taking possession of any goods.

WRA is not responsible for discrepancies or errors in advertising.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item before bidding, WRA will provide a designated time for inspection.

If you are the high bidder you are liable to pay the purchase price, including any and all fees plus Mississippi's seven percent (7%) sales tax.

All Mississippi motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle sales are required to collect the Motorcycle/ATV Trauma Care Fee of $50.00 on every sale of a new or used motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle, even if the purchaser is an exempt entity.
